Our Warrior Wellness program is dedicated to honouring Canadian veterans who have bravely served our country. This exclusive program offers personalized support and streamlined access to medical cannabis, including:
- Continued access to products priced above $6/g, with Tilray Medical covering the amount not reimbursed by VAC
- Discounted pricing for non-pensioned veterans*, active military and spouses of veterans
- Direct billing for insured veterans, covering medical cannabis and vaporizers
- Seamless registration and ordering
- Early coverage orders to help avoid treatment gaps
- Priority access to new products and formats
- Dedicated bilingual Patient Benefits Team available to assist every step of the way

Compassionate
Compassionate Pricing Program
Our Compassionate Pricing Program offers a 30% discount on eligible medical cannabis to help more patients qualify for support and obtain their essential medication with greater ease.
Eligibility:
- Available to patients with a personal income under $65,000 annually
- To apply, patients must provide their Notice of Assessment for the most current tax year.
- Eligibility is valid for 3 years, after which a new Notice of Assessment for the most recent tax year is required, and patients due for renewal will receive an email reminder by July 1.
How to Apply:
Email a copy of your Notice of Assessment for the most current tax year to info@tilraymedical.com.

First Responders
First Responders Appreciation Program
In appreciation of their dedication and service, our First Responders Appreciation Program offers an exclusive discount on medical cannabis for both active and retired first responders.

- Emergency dispatchers
- Corrections officers

- Patients aged 65 and older are automatically enrolled upon registering with Tilray Medical. No application is needed.

Pediatric
Pediatric Pricing
Our Pediatric Pricing Program offers a 50% discount on medical cannabis for children under 19, helping families access essential treatment at a significantly reduced cost. This initiative reflects our commitment to supporting the well-being of our youngest patients.
Eligibility:
- Patients under 19 years of age are automatically enrolled upon registering with Tilray Medical. No application is needed.

Insurance coverage that supports access
Our patient benefits team helps reduce out-of-pocket costs by offering direct billing where available and personalized support with claims - removing financial barriers to care.
